Terms and Conditions

SHIPPING

We ship F.O.B. from our warehouse location or direct from the factory via the carrier of our choice.  All shipping charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice.  However, if you have a UPS account and you would like us to send the items UPS collect, we can arrange that also.  Items temporarily on back order are shipped immediately upon arrival to our warehouse or when available at the factory and are subject to freight charges.

DAMAGE/SHORTAGE CLAIMS

Customer should inspect all orders/items for shipping damage or shortage.  If damage has occurred, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and notify our customer service department immediately (800-805-0833).

PRODUCT PRICING

Due to market fluctuations, prices are subject to change without notice.  Prices will be confirmed at the time of the order.

CONFIRMING PURCHASE ORDERS

Confirming purchase orders are not necessary.  If you must mail or fax a confirming purchase order, please clearly mark it "confirming" in order to avoid duplication.

TERMS

Terms are NET 30 days to accounts with established credit.  We accept Mastercard, VISA, American Express and Discover.

SALES TAX

We are required by law to add applicable sales tax to all orders.  If you are tax exempt, please submit your tax exempt certificate.

PRICING POLICY

Although we intend to maintain prices during the life of our mailings and promotions, whether in print or electronic form, we reserve the right, to be exercised at our sole discretion, to revise prices and correct any printing or pricing errors.

RETURNS

Only items stocked by Wells Technology, Inc. may be returned.  All non-stock or special order items cannot be returned.  Returns are only accepted on new and unused items that are in their original packaging.  Damaged or used goods will not be accepted for credit.  Requests for returns will be accepted up to a maximum of 90 days from the original ship date and a copy of the original customer's purchase order or Wells Technology's invoice will be required.  All returns will be inspected by Wells Technology Inc. upon arrival and will be accepted or rejected at that time.  To cover overhead costs of handling and processing, a 20% re-stock fee will be applied to all returns.  Returns accepted will be either issued a credit memo against the original invoice or open balance, or credited to the customer's credit card.

LIMITED WARRANTY

All products will come with the original manufacturer’s warranty against defects in workmanship and materials.  Length of warranty is typically one year from the date of purchase, however, that can change depending on the manufacturer.  Any claim for consequential or incidental damages arising out of or connected to the manufacture, sale, delivery or use of any product shall in no event be our company's liability.  In all events, our liability shall be limited to and shall not exceed the purchase price of the item.
